Investment operations include seed rounds, Serie A and, residually, Serie B, for indicative rounds of between EUR 500,000 and EUR 3 million. <i>\"We recognise the current value of innovation and believe in the potential of entrepreneurial ideas that are just beginning their journey to market. With Nova 1, we aim to provide these young companies with the financial support, expertise and network they need to meet their initial challenges and grow towards success.\"<\/i> comments Alessandro Bruscagin, Managing Director of Canova SGR.<\/p><p>Canova is therefore in the midst of <strong>fundraising<\/strong> with a first closing set at EUR 30 million and a target target for the fund of EUR 45 million. At the same time, the Nova 1 investment team is working on several fronts in order to identify the first potential investments and to further consolidate the network of partners and contacts.<\/p><p>Nova I team believes strongly in the <strong><i>founders friendly <\/i><\/strong>approach with a view to building a collaborative relationship with the founders and entrepreneurs of the investee companies. The idea is based on providing long-term support, networking and mentorship for the team's skills, transparency and communication. This line of thinking is aimed at facilitating the growth and success of investee start-ups.<\/p><p>A further distinguishing feature of Nova 1 is its classification under Article 8 of the SFDR. In line with its investment strategy, Nova 1 aims to support companies that also have a sustainable and ethical entrepreneurial vision, providing expertise to improve their sustainability profile with
