An evening of debate, inspiration and networking in Padua
On November 25, 2024, Kube – Shows & Events di Padova hosted an event dedicated to innovation and growth. Together with Gamma Capital Markets, Canova organized the conference Investing in Innovation - From Startup to Large Enterprise. The meeting brought together entrepreneurs, investors and business enthusiasts to explore the growth path of startups.
The participants were welcomed in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and networking. The evening began with the introduction of Mauro Buso (Gamma Capital Markets) and Alessandro Bruscagin (Canova SGR). Their speech presented the objectives of the conference and the program of the evening.
Il primo intervento ha visto protagonisti Carlo De Luca and Vito Ferito (Gamma Capital Markets). Hanno discusso il ruolo delle nuove tecnologie e del digitale nella crescita delle startup. Il loro contributo ha stimolato riflessioni sull’innovazione in un mercato in continua evoluzione.
The round table was the central moment of the event. Moderated by Vito Ferito, it saw the participation of:

- Daniele Lago (Lago Design)
- Alessandro Bruscagin (Canova SGR)
The speakers shared experiences and ideas on how innovation favors the growth of companies and the territory. The public actively participated with questions and food for thought.
After that, Fabio Penzo (Canova SGR) and Massimiliano Casellato (H2C) talked about investment strategies. They analyzed the growth dynamics and provided useful ideas to understand the evolution of companies.
The evening ended with a moment of networking and refreshments. The participants continued the discussions in an informal atmosphere, exchanging contacts and ideas.
