Nova 1 investment fund is an AIF (alternative investment fund) with a duration of about 10 years that aims toinvest in a diversified portfolio of innovative startups mainly Italian.
Venture Capital Fund, early stage multisectoral approach (deeptech, frontier technologies, ...)
Focus/stage: seed, Serie A, residual Serie B
Indicative tickets: 0.5–3 million euros
Horizon/duration: maximum duration 10 years from the first closing, with possible annual extensions within the expected limits
Fundraising: first closing at 30M; target 45M

Private Equity Fund

Canova aims to structure a private equity fund to seize investment opportunities in various traditional sectors with unexpressed potential.
Th fund is in the process of being established — not yet open to the public.
Focus: build-up in traditional sectors with unexplored potential of the territory.
Status: in structuring/authorizations in progress; complete information available on spontaneous request.
Horizon: expected duration consistent with illiquid AIFs; details can be provided following an expression of interest.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our funds are classified as art. 8 SFDR: promote environmental/social characteristics and improve the ESG profiles of investees throughout the life cycle. Disclosure is consistent with regulatory expectations and best market practices for transparency and accountability to stakeholders.
