Canova is an asset management company specialising in private equity and venture capital with the aim of uniting global finance and territorial entrepreneurship while preserving values and uniqueness characteristic of the ecosystem and its people.

Canova's first initiative will be the venture capital fund Nova Iwhose investment target includes mainly Italian innovative start-ups, positioned between the Post-Seed and Series B stage, that have developed software or hardware solutions in the following verticals: AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT, Industry 4.0, Foodtech, Agritech, Cybersecurity, Medical Devices, Marketplaces, Logistics, Fintech, Insurtech, Sustainability.

The company that obtained authorisation from the Bank of Italy to carry out asset management activities was born from an initiative of Alessandro Bruscagin, an entrepreneur and manager based and grown in Treviso with more than 20 years' experience in the credit, finance and fund and portfolio management sectors. 

The company is managed by a Board of Managers made up of professionals from the financial sector, including the Chairman of the Company, Dr. Alessandra Gazzola of Studio EMME7G, the Managing Director, Dr. Alessandro Bruscagin, and the Director, Dr. Alessandro Corte Metto.
